cancellations, no-shows, Late Policy
your time is very important to us, we reserve time specifically for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. to ensure that we have adequate time to accommodate guests on our cancellation list, we require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. notification given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service. no notice for "no-showing" your appointment may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service and a deposit required to book future appointments
 

peaceful environment
for the relaxation and enjoyment of yourself as well as other guests, we ask that your cell phone ringer is set to "vibrate" and be mindful if taking a call
 

children
for many of our guests, salon appointments provide a calm and quiet time to escape. unless scheduled for services, we request that your children do not accompany you to your appointment

payment
we accept cash, visa, mastercard, discover, and tap to pay for payment of your service. we can unfortunately only accept gratuities via cash or venmo
