we guarantee all of our services. if for any reason you are not happy with your service, please give us a call within 2 weeks and we promise to make it right with a re-do or a credit to your account.

 

cancellations

our appointments are very important to us. we reserve time specifically for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. as a courtesy, we always send appointment confirmations 2 days prior to your appointment. to ensure that we have adequate time to accommodate guests on our cancellation list, we request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. notification given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time may result in a deposit required to schedule future appointments.

 

peaceful environment:

for the relaxation and enjoyment of yourself as well as other guests, we please ask that your cell phone ringer is set to "vibrate" or "off."

 

children:

for many of our guests, salon appointments provide a calm and quiet time to escape. unless scheduled for services, we suggest that your children do not accompany you to your appointment for the relaxation of yourself and others.
